Long Play

A neighbourhood bar named for the vinyl era it celebrates — walls of records, a lovingly curated sound system, and a back room that has hosted some of Melbourne's best small-room gigs. Long Play sits at the Fitzroy North end of St Georges Road and draws a crowd who takes music as seriously as their drinks. Beers are cold, pours are generous, conversation is encouraged.
