From the team behind Bar Liberty and Above Board, this intimate Greeves Street cocktail den serves 12 vermouth- and sherry-focused cocktails with a continental European influence — think coastal France and Spain. Snacks are minimal by design: Gildas or paprika-spiked chips. A 40-seat parklet runs down the street for summer sipping.
