A sleek, minimalist bar at 177 Brunswick Street where 27 taps pour a serious mix: craft beer, beer-infused cocktails, natural wine and cold-brew coffee. Born from a collaboration between Beermash bottle shop co-owner Shayne Dixon and Edge Brewing's Adam Betts, Bonny is designed around drinks that complement each other rather than compete. The kind of place where you go for one and end up learning more about fermentation than you expected.
